The worst experience I’ve had with a medical provider in the US. It’s been 10 days since I saw doc I am yet to receive my script, I am yet to be told they sent my visit to insurance. The office is extremely disorganized. It’s impossible to get in touch with them on the phone too. I arrived early and had to wait 2 hours for my appointment. Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend. Doc is good but he needs to change his entire staff and get organized.

For insight, My appt was at 1245 and I left at 3. Save yourself the trouble. The lady, Julie, was unpleasant, she tried to have me pay for a “deductible” through my insurance cause she told me, it wasn’t accepted there and I had to pay. She didn’t know what she was doing and after about 5 minutes of back and forth, I called my insurance. When I called my insurance company and told them what Julie tried having me do, the insurance company clarified the wrong doings. No person should ever try to have you pay a deductible, this was insane. Then, I had to wait more than a hour to be seen. On top of that, I had to go to another level to pee in a cup for a test that I needed. Why don’t they have bathrooms in the office? Then they aren’t big on tech so they can’t even send me a link to see my results like other places do. This place is not an establishment for me to come back and recommend to people, & I won’t be coming back. I may be young but don’t play around with me and my time.

I made an appointment with Nivin Elias, because I prefer to have a female PSP, however I was seen by a male intern and another male doctor from the practice.
I went there for my annual physical exam and the questions I was asked were:
- am I married
- do I have a boyfriend
- do I have children
- am I sexually active
- do I still have my period
- am II concern about STDs
Even though I told the doctor that my main concern is my high cholesterol, I was not being asked any questions about my lifestyle, stress, diet, potential reasons for the high cholesterol.
I was given a prescription for blood test. After my blood test was done I was supposed to make another appointment (paid appointment) to discuss all of my concerns.
Having an appointment with a male doctor, where the main discussion was about my marital status and sex life felt really weirs.
Needless to say, I am not going back to this office.

I didnt get to see the doctor for which I made the appointment. The doctor that I did see forced me into giving blood, probably just to charge more money and I left highly disappointed. Will never book with this office again.

took an hour to get a doctors note for my visit. All they did was write notes on the computer. Front desk was rude, tried to reschedule an appointment they set up although I told them i didn’t want it or confirm it and they want to charge me for rescheduling and it would be the same to just cancel it. After the horrible visit and then now charging me when I didn’t confirm or tell them I would need one I rather just not even come here again and have you charge me. Would not waste my time

I really appreciated how inclusive this office is. The staff spoke my language, and that made a huge difference. I actually felt like they got me. It wasn’t just the doctor — the whole team was involved and caring. From check-in to the end of the visit, I felt like I had a group of people looking out for me, not just one person rushing through. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office.

Best customer service. Changing my PCP here is hands down. Best decision I made Dr. Elias is the one who saved my life welcoming staff and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived tools time to explain everything thoroughly professional, supportive environment.

I wasn't seen by the doctor I made the appointment with. I sought out a woman specifically but was seen by two men.
I was seen my their resident, he was patient and informative.
The attending doc was quick and a bit impersonal.
Wound up taking my blood and running unrelated lab tests which I have to go back in person to get the results. this signals to me they do not have an updated system in place at their office for remote check-ins.

Multiple things happened that I was uncomfortable with, chief among them that I was not seen by the doctor I had scheduled with. Additional issues: I was weighed and my height was measured on a very old-fashioned scale and height stick that actually broke soon after I used them. My height was recorded inaccurately as a result. The woman (nurse?) interviewing me did not speak English and had to return to the room multiple times having had something translated so we could complete the questioning.

Dr. Nivin Elias is amazing! I’ve never had a doctor who makes healthcare feel this easy and stress-free. She really listens, takes her time to explain everything, and her care is so personalized. The office is always spotless and the front desk is so friendly, and the entire experience feels smooth. Dr. Elias has treated me and my whole family and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
