Dr. Noah May earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from St. Mary's College of Maryland and a master's degree in biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an osteopathic rotating internship at Mercy Suburban Hospital and urology residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Albert Einstein Medical Center.
Dr. May provides care for all kinds of urologic problems, from simple to the most complex. He is trained in laparoscopy and robotic surgery, and believes in using technology when it shows a benefit to the patient. Benefits of robotic surgery include shorter hospital stays and faster recovery as well as less pain, scarring and risk of infection. The increased precision of robotic surgery can also result in fewer side effects like erectile dysfunction and incontinence.
