Appointments are never rushed, and treatment decisions are made together. I believe mental health care works best when clients feel informed, involved, and comfortable asking questions. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and confident in your care plan.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our first session focuses on a comprehensive evaluation, where we discuss your concerns, mental health history, life stressors, and goals for treatment. From there, we develop an individualized plan that may include medication management, education, and supportive strategies tailored to your needs. Follow-up visits are used to monitor progress, address concerns, and make adjustments as needed. Throughout treatment, I prioritize open communication and flexibility, ensuring care continues to align with your goals and comfort level.

My appointment with Nonye went really well. She was very attentive and listened to everything I had to say, making sure I felt heard and understood. The nurse practitioner took the time to explain things clearly, answering all my questions and providing insights into my treatment options.
I really appreciated how empathetic and supportive she was, she made me feel comfortable discussing some of the more difficult things on my mind, and I never felt rushed. We also reviewed my treatment plan, and I left the session feeling confident about the next steps. Overall, it was a great experience, and I feel like I'm in good hands moving forward.
