Noor Tazudeen, MD, born and raised in Danville, Illinois, completed his undergraduate education at Washington University in St. Louis prior to attending medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he had the privilege of serving as chief resident.
Dr. Tazudeen practices general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. He provides comprehensive care of skin conditions to patients of all ages. His areas of interest include skin cancer detection and surgery, skin rejuvenation, and treatments for patients with skin of color.
Dr. Tazudeen spends his free time with his wife, exploring Chicago, watching movies, and traveling.

Dr. Tazudeen was awesome. I was able to get an appointment right away when my regular derm would have been a little while longer. Dr. Tazudeen was so kind and knowledgeable; I definitely trusted him even though this was my first visit with him. If I didn't have a regular derm I like so much I would definitely switch to him (I might anyway). But I will definitely call on him in the future if I'm ever in a jam again. Thank you for your help Dr. Tazudeen!

Dr. Tazudeen is wonderful. He takes the time to explain everything really well and is clearly very skilled at his job. Frankly, he's so good it makes me kind of embarrassed for the other derms I've seen. They were real amateurs in comparison.

A welcoming and professional experience, all around. Front and medical staff were pleasant and efficient and, in no time, I was escorted back to the examination room. I was greeted by Dr. Tazudeen and was immediately struck by his youthful mien. That said, his fund of knowledge, bedside manner, and ability to explain concepts in accessible terms quickly disabused me of these first impressions. On his surgical skills, he applied local anesthetic in such a way that the operation was utterly painless. And his ability to cut and sew resulted in a supremely satisfying outcome -- both therapeutically and cosmetically. I have found my dermatologist so long as I call Chicago home.

My only issue is having to fill in so much paperwork even when you have done it on ZocDoc, so no real reason to do the forms on here as they won't accept them
