“The doctor was amazing and thorough. I was a new patient and needed to move up my appointment because I ran out of my meds. She went out of her way and saw me the next day. I don't know if any other doctor would have done that but it went a long way for me. Very happy that I found her.”

It was a bit formulaic for me. The assessment form interrupted the flow of the session and the solutions were rudimentary.

Dr. Amy is awesome. I was feeling a little nervous prior to my appointment since I have never seen a therapist before but she was so nice it was like speaking to a friend. I felt very comfortable communicating with her. She seemed very kind and compassionate and OH SHE IS VERY PLEASANT.

I needed a medical leave of absence form filled out she said she “doesn’t fill out forms”and had me type in the chat the questions and basically had me fill out the form??? I’ve never experienced anything like that after that all I needed from her was a stamp she couldn’t even do that. Even if it’s just for refills for medication I really highly recommend you don’t see her.
I was able to have my appointment at night time after my kids went to bed from the comfort of my own home. She made me feel very comfortable. The whole process was very efficient.

The provider was extremely professional and kind. She explained my diagnosis very well and explained the medication she put me on. I really appreciate how attentive she was and she took her time getting to know my issues.

    Helpful, prompt, informative
She was a great doctor. I was at ease while talking about some difficult things and she helped me with management in areas that were new to me.
    She was very good
Waste of time. Despite me getting diagnosed with a new condition, provider chose to provide me with the same type of medication I’ve been taking for months. Provider refused to listen to her patient's needs and provide me with the treatment other doctors have documented that I receive.
She is very professional and kind, a nice listener also. I going to keep meeting her. Our meeting was very helpful for my mental health.

Great experience the app and the service

The appointment just felt a little bit odd, like everything was scripted and we were not really discussing the specific needs I have. It simply felt like the provider went through a checklist while speaking to me and then made a decision on my treatment plan based on a "score" I received on the multiple questionnaires.
She was a very good listener. Aside from the prescriptions, she was a warm person who calmed people down, and yet I felt she was very professional in the conversation.

We originally were scheduled with another provider but we didn’t get to confirm our visit with her in time. I was offered another but I specifically wanted someone with experience in neurodivergence. Dr. Amy is absolutely wonderful with my neurodivergent 13yo son who’s been feeling depressed. She immediately bonded with him and he liked her. She listed to everything and they spent time alone. I didn’t bother asking about what they spoke about. We do have paperwork to fill out, but we know that’s typical with a new provider. We didn’t love our last one but Dr. Amy is really amazing!

Nwamaka was such a joy to speak with! I felt listened to and seen. These kinds of appointments dealing with mental health can be very uncomfortable, but Nwamaka was very easy to talk with. I would highly recommend booking her!

Really glad I met with her! She was patient, funny, and kind. She listened to my concerns from my last prescription and tailored them to my new medication. Looking forward to our next session!

Kind, patient, warm, and helpful. We're grateful too for the option of a late appointment option that did not get in the way of school hours for our son.
Had my first appointment with Nwamaka this week and I'm really pleased. She's a great listener and made me feel comfortable right away. I appreciated how she explained things clearly and took the time to answer my questions. The fact that she fit me in on short notice was a huge help. For a first visit, it couldn't have gone better. If you're looking for a caring and professional provider, I'd definitely recommend giving her a try.
This appointment felt very much like a medication drive thru. All of my answers to their questions were cut short, with absolutely no interest in what I was trying to say. Within minutes of the start of the appointment, they wanted to prescribe me something. When I explained that I already had a physician doing medication management for me, they essentially asked, well then what do you want? I tried to explain that I was looking for help coping with the challenges that Autism and ADHD present. They then gave me a list of suggestions that one could find simply by Google-ing how to handle anxiety. If a person is very new to trying to get well, this place might be helpful to them, but if you're looking for something deeper, look elsewhere.
I would not recommend. Very unprofessional. When first joined she asked me multiple questions like she was reading off the script. While I was talking she yawned like she did not care/was not listening. No empathy at all. She was very judgmental and questioned me with disbelief/disgust. She even rolled her eyes while she was talking to me. She would not manage my current medication which is what I needed. She was not helpful at all. I requested this appointment for help and after asking her multiple times her treatment plan - all she can say was take a antihistamine or go to the urgent care. I am beyond upset as how I was treated. I will never recommend her to anyone.
    Amazing would definitely recommend

Experience was great. The process to see someone is not good. I was feeling so hopeless that I would had hurt myself if it wasn’t for my therapist.

Doctor was super nice but after explaining my current and past meds without even asking she prescribed an NSRI when I had already tried them and they did not work; after 7 years of trying to find what worked correctly and being told that was wrong in 15 minutes of a video call; for context I need a new provider my current no longer accepts my new insurance. I don’t see how the solution was to fix what wasn’t broken and not lower a dosage of current meds but switch to an antidepressant when I told her several times how bad my experience was with them was a real turn off. The icing on the cake was when she read from a script and noticeably looked away from the screen to read this. Again nice doctor but not one I would recommend she has only had her license for 4 years according to gov.data and it showed I cancelled my follow up immediately after the appointment ended and cancelled the prescriptions sent in.
A nice woman but she didn’t feel like a practitioner. The encounter was very robotic. She asked me questions from a document and then had me fill out two questionnaires and based my diagnosis on the numeric score. Very minimal talking. Would not recommend.
I was originally booked with someone else, but they switched me last minute with Nwamaka. She was friendly during our appointment, but I’m not sure she really understood my issue. When I reached back out to reflect some concerns, I got no answer. I’ve had a lot of trouble contacting her. The admin team was helpful in trying to get a hold of her, but still haven’t heard back for a week now.
