“I checked in quickly, waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes and then another 20 minutes for the provider. Total time spent was too long. If I have an appointment, there should be a window of 15-30 minutes tops. Getting to be almost 45 minutes or more is not respectable of my time.”

About Olga Savelyeva Nieves
Olga Savelyeva is certified family nurse practitioner at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
Olga has been practicing dermatology since 2019. She has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology and offers a range of treatments including Botox and Daxxify, fillers, lasers, microneedling, platelet rich plasma (PRP), and Sofwave to help her patients look and feel their best. the entire appointment felt very rushed. I asked her why my cyst had come back, since when I previously had it removed at this office, I was told that the sac had been completely removed and that it shouldn’t return. She gave me an unclear answer and simply said, “It wasn’t a mistake on anyone’s part.” That response felt unnecessary because I wasn’t implying that anyone had made a mistake, I just wanted to understand why it came back after being told it wouldn’t and what I need to do to remove it completely.
She then told me I should see a general surgeon but didn’t provide any additional information or guidance on how to do that. There was no referral or direction, which left me feeling dismissed and unsure of what to do next. After the procedure, she left the room, and I heard her say to her coworkers right outside my door, “Well, I’m not hungry anymore,” clearly referring to the procedure she had just performed on me and implying that it was gross which I found unprofessional

They seemed efficient and the wait was not overly long. They focused on the r4eason I came in from the moment they entered the office. One thing is that they did NOT ask if I had other questions or complaints. Such a question might have led to me bringing up other questions about my health. I felt that the practice valued time.

Instructions for complete annual screening were indicated by son before exam. Provider did not understand or complete. Very rushed as is usual for this practice. Prior provider at this office was changed for same reason.
