I was contacted by a nurse practitioner 2 minutes before my appointment was to start letting me know that my doctor was running 20 minutes behind schedule. About 10 minutes later another representative contacted me to reschedule my appointment. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied. I will not be rebooking.

I made the appt because I needed my meds refilled after changing my insurance carrier. The doctor was friendly, thorough, and made sure she understood my circumstances. I would recommend!

Regrettably, this provider was unable to assist me. She was very dry and unenthusiastic throughout the appointment, contrary to the positive reviews about her bedside manner. Her lack of personability made it difficult for me to trust her judgment in medicine management, as it seemed she was just following protocol without understanding my needs as a patient. Her practice appears to prioritize assessments over patient input. I would not recommend her.

I’ve only had one appointment so far, but it was great and I would recommend her. She asked me questions about my history and didn’t just throw medication at me to get through the appointment or simply go with the diagnosis that I’ve been given. She prescribed me the medication I’m currently taking with the intention of diving deeper into my mental health history which I appreciate.

Taking that first step to seek mental health support can be daunting, but Ms. Omobo immediately put me at ease. She answered all my questions and helped me understand various treatment options. Ms Omobo is super personable and nonjudgmental! I felt beyond comfortable sharing with her and she truly had my best interests at heart. I will be seeing her again!

I am grateful for my first visit with Nurse Practitioner Olufisayo. I was apprehensive about seeking help for my mental health, but Olufisayo made the experience incredibly real and relatable. She's a true expert in her field and knows how to connect with her patients on a personal level. I left our first session feeling understood and optimistic about my treatment journey. Olufisayo is the real deal!
