First off the office is very clean, I mean SPOTLESS. The staff was welcoming and friendly very personable. FNP Ugbade was amazing. She made me feel seen heard, she asked all the questions that let me know she truly cares about what she is doing. She went over everything she was doing and going to do. She made sure I was comfortable and understood the care plan. Would highly recommend her and this practice to anyone.

I had such a wonderful experience with this practice from beginning to end. The provider was amazing! She was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and genuinely kind. She took her time, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and I never felt rushed or dismissed.
What really stood out was that she actually read the note I included when scheduling. My original appointment wasn’t until later in the week, but after seeing what I was experiencing, the office called and offered to see me that same day. After having such a difficult time finding timely women’s healthcare, I cannot explain how much that meant to me. That level of attentiveness and compassion is rare.
The woman at the front desk was also amazing, welcoming, and kind. I felt cared for as a person, not just moved through an appointment. I will absolutely be returning and referring my friends. I’m so grateful I found this practice! ??
