The office was clean and the new patient forms were easy to complete digitally. Timi is an attentive and thorough practitioner- she offered me referrals that I was able to use immediately. I really appreciate her/the office's focus on lifestyle changes over medication as a first step. For the first time, I feel really excited about my wellness journey.
Also, they offered bottled water, refrigerated and room temperature! Talk about meeting the needs of the people!

The reason for the appointment was due to allergy symptoms. I hasd to prompt the nurse to look at my sinuses. There was no triage done BP, temp..ect. Just medical questioning. I requested a Covid test to rule things out. It's obvious that covid testing was all they want to do. I was told that my results would be emailed before they closed at 2PM. I went back to the center at 2:30 pm and received hard copies of my results and a medical absence from work note. The receptionist was gracious to allow me access but did not email the documents as requested. Not only was she condescending and irritated that I questioned her about the documents, she did not apologie nor explain the delay. My HR needed the documents ASAP. I needed my concerns regarding Covid addressed.The center appears to be women centric.. Men aren't really welcome. This was my third time at the center and my last.

This is not a primary care, this is an express care. If you have concerns and you want to discuss them and look into different avenues and solutions I don’t think this place may be a good fit. Appointments seem very rushed and back to back. Emphasis on Express Care. Visit felt extremely rushed and Dr seemed a bit inattentive to my actual issue. Very nice staff and super friendly. But I’m sorry I don’t recommend.

This little clinic is clean and comfortable. All of the people there were very nice and caring. I had to wait a little for my appointment b/c they were busy with a small child before me. But I didn’t mind waiting - the staff was very good about letting me know how long they expected it to be and offered water. The nurse practitioner was thorough and had some good suggestions for me. Altogether an unusually nice experience for a small clinic. The people there are just lovely!
