What should a new client know about working with you?

In talk therapy, I can help you understand yourself better and work on making significant changes. When medications are recommended, I combine traditional psychiatric approaches with integrative approaches like psychotherapy and healthy lifestyle habits. I do not prescribe controlled medication(s).

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer an individualized approach to mental health care. My focus areas are psychotherapy (for individuals) and integrative mental health care.

Complete waste of time. Was late to appointment then spent 15 minutes worrying about how she was going to be paid. Did not listen to concerns, just kept saying we need to find someone local to see. We are in a rural location where there is no one local - that is why we chose an on-line visit.
