forgot about me in patient room for about 20 minutes after I was seen by nurse practitioner. sent me out for xray to location. that has been closed for weeks. will not be going back there avain.

I stood outside knocking on locked door, no one buzzed me in, then a patient came and unlocked door.
I had to fill out the very same documents that I filled out online ???????????????
UNDERSTAFFED.
Waaaay too many people and I had to get back to work ( there was a REASON why I scheduled an appointment.)??????
I will never return to the facility NEVER!!!?
