I would never go back to this place. The physical therapist asked if I'd heard of electrical stimulation therapy - I had not. He was surprised, and then proceeded to stick the pads for the machine on my back without asking my consent. It felt very uncomfortable for me, but he never asked if I wanted to take it off. This machine "therapy" caused me to pass out. I hit my head on the way down to the floor, and woke up in a daze. I left this office as soon as possible.

Arrived 20 minutes early. Wait over an hour . As I told them I was leaving they said they could do my appointment in 10 minutes. Ask me to come back the next day when the PT specialist I came to see would be there. I said I won’t be coming back

Great PT location in Washington Heights, lots of space, seen quickly. I've only been a few times, but I'm looking forward to more sessions. Have been looking for a local place for preventative and acute treatment, and the office has lots of therapy treatment options – TENS unit, massage, workout/stretching equiment, etc.

Receptionist was great, clear, and efficient. Dr. Omar was easy to talk to and really tried to understand my issues that I came to the clinic for. although he is quick, I really felt that I was taken care of and considered.

If you want one on one this is not the place. Too many people are being waited on at the same time and I felt like I really wasn’t being focused on properly. I have been in therapy before. This just isn’t what I was looking for.

Got my first appt on the same day! It’s a new office, but Dr Omar practiced at DownState before opening his own practice. Reception was very nice and totally approachable. Really helpful, especially since my insurance carrier was being difficult. My visit went well and finally started my road to recovery from my 10 yo tendinosis. Dr Omar explained everything in detail & I felt well taken care of

I had a great experience with this place. I came in with shoulder pain due to overuse and after my first session my shoulder felt drastically better. David and Dr Omar really care and are thorough in explaining and also making sure your treatment is done right. Last but certainly not least, speaking to France at the front desk to schedule (or reschedule) my appointment has always been nothing short of a pleasure. I now type this free of my shoulder pain. I am very grateful and highly recommend this place for physical therapy.

My first visit with Omar.. He was very respectful and polite. I showed him my x-rays and he explained everything in detail to me, which my doctors did not do. So, now I have a better understanding about my illness. I walked into the facility limping due to pain. Walked out without the limp and less pain. Much gratitude to you, Omar. Keep up the good work!
