Getting to know Osayande Alfred-Iyamu
I am here to be part of the community's solution to mental health issues. With a Master’s in Nursing from Walden University, I develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs, recognizing the differences in conditions. I aim to minimize the quantity of medication required to achieve each patient’s treatment goals throughout their journey, with the hope of achieving remission.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My training as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner is to provide a comprehensive range of mental health services encompassing assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, medications, therapy, and education that include patients and families in a non-judgmental atmosphere.
Gaining independence and living a better life is what we strive for. We care for male and female patients aged 6 – 99 years old. You can schedule appointments in person or by calling our office. You can be seen in person or via Video Telehealth at home or at your convenience through a secured internet device. Mon- Fri: 9a-7p; Sat: By telehealth appointment.
