The tech and reception staff were very nice and there was no wait time! Staff was very thorough and listened carefully to my answers to their typical questions.The techs wiped down each piece of equipment before asking me to put my face near it, which I thought was really impressive. Dr. Hershkin was also very nice and she was super thorough. She took her time with the exam and didn't push me to do anything unnecessary (more tests, purchase glasses, etc.) Maybe I lived in NYC too long but between the cleanliness, thoroughness, and kind demeanor of all staff, I would highly recommend Dr. Hershkin and her JC office!
