I specialize in anxiety treatment & early stage alcohol/drug assessment & treatment. I provide online & in-person therapy for young professionals, college & grad students. I work with introspective and ambitious high achievers who also have high levels of anxiety, may identify as a perfectionist and are particularly susceptible to burnout. I also help others figure out if its a problem that they get too happy at happy hour from time to time. Together we can decide what are the best next steps. My style of practice is predominately informed by Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and insight oriented and relational therapies. I ask thought provoking questions, explore relational dynamics and other life factors that may influence my clients' experiences.
I also specialize in psychological/neuropsychological testing for adults and teens. Many of my clients have always been successful & high achieving but started experiencing difficulties, and started wondering if they have ADHD or and undiagnosed learning disability. I work with my clients to get an in-depth understanding of their symptoms & provide individualized recommendations to get back on track. I also help clients get accommodations in school and for standardized tests (SAT/ACT, LSAT, MCAT, etc).
