Getting to know Paige Cool
I started my career at the University of Rochester Medical Center and have 10 years of experience working in psychiatry, ranging from outpatient clinics to inpatient settings. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and earned my master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Rochester. Since 2019, I have lived and worked as a nurse practitioner in Denver, Colorado. Now that I am back in New York, I look forward to helping you on your mental health journey.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I strive to provide the care you deserve and I see the importance in understanding each person’s history to create an individualized plan that aligns with your goals. I am passionate about working with the child and adolescent population as well as adults. I provide medication management to clients across the lifespan.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My goals are to create a supportive and safe environment where a therapeutic relationship can be filled with respect, trust and understanding. I utilize evidence based practice in treating clients while creating an open and collaborative approach. I look forward to meeting you!
