“You need to fix your app so it works. Was in a holding pattern forever fortunately, the doctor the first time called me directly and we are able to connect, but she never saw me on the app even though I was on it even restarted it. On the second follow up visit on Monday I was on the app for over an hour something is wrong with your application. It is not working and you guys need to fix it.”
