The staff was very friendly and I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my appointment. The doctor was extremely nice and helpful. It was overall a great experience.

I don’t recommend Dr. Patricia as a primary care physician. It was my first time seeing her and I went in only
for ankle and back pain. I had an appointment but ended up waiting for a long time (more than an hour despite arriving 15 mins early and filling out my paperwork ahead of time). She was very focused on all of my other issues. I am seeing other specialists for those particular issues and I did make her aware. She was persistent on talking about all those other issues even though they didn’t relate to my ankle or back pain. I left feeling very overwhelmed and unheard. She barely checked my ankle and my back. She did refer me to someone else and ordered me some X-rays but she didn’t really check me much and didn’t even ask me to take off my shoe. At some point she mentioned a mental health website being the Goop of mental health as a good thing. Maybe she was joking but that immediately set off alarm bells for me. She seems like a nice person and all but I do not recommend her.

Needed to find a new doctor for my annual physical and decided on Dr. S based on reviews, availability, and proximity.
Not sure if this is the case for all, but be sure to double-check the address sent from the doctor in case it differs from the one from ZocDoc.
Office was easy to find and folks there were friendly.
I was called in a few minutes after arriving though waited 30m or so before being seen by Dr. S — not a huge deal as I was warned prior about her being behind schedule but flagging in case people think this will be quick.
Anyhow — Dr. S was quick to dive right in and review what I’d submitted online as well as in my day-of paperwork.
I appreciated how she asked clarifying questions vs taking what I said/wrote at face value, and while our time together was quick, it felt like she covered a fair bit.
Note that if you’re told to get lab work done that LabCorps nearby may require appointments so check online first before showing up for walk-ins.

This was my first time with Dr. Sitnitsky. One thing i can definitely tell about her is that she is funny. I have my followup for the blood work scheduled in 6 weeks but initial impression was positive. She asked me questions about my lifestyle, my family, my job etc.. and recommend the tests that she would for a person of my ethnicity and background so that we can have most accurate data to talk about in the followup.
I was seen at a different location in Mountain View and not Los Altos but i was informed ahead of time by the office staff of the change in location of my appointment. The office staff are super friendly, the office is super clean, and the examination rooms are small but over all ok.
Overall, it was a positive experience so far.

Excellent office experience other than having to fill out some forms twice (once online before arriving and once during). Dr. Sitnitsky herself is excellent. Very thorough and has a great sense of humor. Looking forward to having her as my primary.

Dr. Sitnitsky was very personable, efficient, and a good listener. However, due to the insurance limit, she could not spend more time with my problems on my first visit. I felt rush rush going thru the problems but I did not feel it was her problem. She tried her best to help me. I hardly had to wait for my appointment and the staff were very nice and professional.

Got a surprise Pap smear today (didn't expect Sitinsky to be able to do that!), and she was great. I hate Pap smears, they always hurt, and while this wasn't an exception, Sitinsky was very kind and made me feel much better. She was also very well-informed and helped me be better informed!

This was my first visit with the doctor. She was thorough and was able to easily access my lab and radiology records from a variety of providers to complete her evaluation. She's very knowledgeable about other local doctors' capabilities for referrals. Not much for small talk, all business, but she impressed me with her professionalism.
