They were all very courteous and didn't let me wait too long. Dr Koh helped me out with some meds and I was on my way!

I was amazed at how quickly I was taken care of. The staff was extremely helpful. I looked at this office several times in passing. I didn't know they accepted my insurance until I applied through Zoc Doc.

Saw a diff doctor, Patrick Ko was not in the office for my scheduled appt. Other doctor was great, thorough, quick
He was not helpful by any means and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. If you’re sick, find a real doctor
Verified patient
Good service, and very informative. The women at the desk were great too. Good experience

I wouldn't recommend. The doctor seemed careless about my condition, gave contradicting and unsure conclusions during the triage and ended up prescribing regular pain killers. Pretty much wasted my time when I really needed some actual urgent care. Note: I've been taken care by a different doctor at their location.
Its not a Primary care Physician as advertised but rather an urgent care clinic. You do not need to make an appointment since it's by walk in. And you will most likely not see Dr.Ko as I'm not even sure he works there. But the staff is professional and the place is very clean.
Very professional.
It was alright but seemed very disorganized. I also checked in early and when I said that to the staff member, I was shown someone's (which did turn out to be mine, but might not have been) chart information and I was asked "is this you?" Finally, once my blood and urine were taken I was told to wait for the doctor. I waited about 20 minutes and then went to leave the room and I asked the doctor " Do I still need to be here?" He then told me yes, so I went back in the room and waited another 5 minutes. He came in and told me "we do good work ,we don't run here so don't be in a rush" and I explained that I didn't know what I wsa waiting for if my blood and urine were already taken. He said "Oh, she already took that? Then you can go." So yeah, probably not going to be my top recommendation.
Bait and switch. Scheduled an appt with Dr. Ko based on his training/specialty and got a completely different doctor. He was fine, but not acceptable from a doctor's office. No one even notified me by phone or upon arrival. Do not recommend this practice.
Amazing!

I wouldn't know. You referred and booked and appointment with Dr. Ko, PCP, but when I got there it was and Urgent Care clinic. Your search results are terrible and I had to pay an Urgent Care copay instead of a PCP copay. You owe me money and time.

Quick consultation—got the prescription I needed for a sinus infection and was out the door. Wait neared 30 min, which was frustrating, but given the nature of my condition, I'm sure other patients needed to be seen quicker than me

Great!!!
Very quick and efficient service - clinic manager Mary was extremely helpful and caring going above and beyond to ensure l was taken care of and understood what was needed on my end as l am foreign to the US healthcare system!

I had a great experience here today! I was nervous because of a few bad reviews, but I'm so glad I didn't cancel my ZocDoc appointment. I was seen promptly at my appointment time by a kind nurse (Sophia). The doctor was kind yet brief; he diagnosed my ear infection, detailed next steps for care and called in my prescription. I will continue to come here while in the city.

I didn't see him.
Fast and helpful - thank you!
I actually saw Dr. Feldman and he was excellent! He had wonderful bed side manner and listened to how I was feeling. Highly recommend Dr. Feldman!
Very personable staff, nurse and doctor. Everyone was thorough but my simple need for antibiotics was handled quickly and I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
Verified patient
Much better than expected, I got seen within minutes of arriving and he addressed my concerns friendly and relatable. Would def go back!

Overall, experience was easy and straight forward. The nurse taking my information did so on a scrap piece of paper, so didn't feel as professional. Also, I must have waited at least 45 minutes in the waiting room (per the name!) and another 30 minutes in the actual room.
Great experience.
I'm actually not sure I saw Dr. Ko. The doc came in so quickly and pretty much rushed me out the door. I asked the questions I needed to in order to get the info I wanted, but getting answers out of him was like pulling teeth. No dialogue whatsoever.
It was good but te co-pay was zrazy expensive and This place needs to figure out what's wrong with your zoc doc site because I waited an hour and a half for something that only take 5 minutes to do. I was honestly displeased and felt like the establishment is a little disorganized although my doctor was very nice and professional.

doc was professional and caring
I made an appointment at 12:30am and was seen at 9am. I was the only one in the office so I was seen immediately. The receptionist was friendly, and Dr. Ko was polite, thorough and didn't mind spending time explaining to me. I will come back for other last minute ailments!
My primary care Physician was on vacation on Christmas. I found Dr. Ko open and accepting walk-ins. All I had was a fever and cold. My experience was simple and good.
I came here to get an X-Ray and was told (after waiting for 1.5hours ) that the machine was not working. The staff were very friendly about it and trying to help me find another location. Would just have like to know that the machine was down as soon as I got there.
My little girl is 25% deaf threw her Lt. ear she has been diagnosed with learning disabilities. My baby got speed therapy her ears have been inpacted for some time and her pediatrician always gave me drops nothing else. Dr. Ko brought her in and started iragating her ears my little girl has done a 360 turn around from not speaking to trying to pronounce words her hearing has improved as well.
