Patrick Mallory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of California at San Diego. He studied Osteopathic Medicine at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University in Downers Grove IL, receiving his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine in June 1998. He completed an Osteopathic Family Practice Internship and Family Practice Residency in Chicago through the Chicago Osteopathic Postgraduate Training Institute, training in multiple hospitals throughout the greater Chicago area. Dr. Mallory was granted Board Specialty Certification in Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Practice in October 2001. He worked for the United States Air Force as a family practice physician from July 2001 through July 2005. Dr. Mallory and his wife have two daughters.
