About Megan Foreman
Megan Foreman MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of experience. Megan’s therapeutic approach is tailored to the individual. She listens closely to her patients to understand their objectives and works with them to create a health plan that fits their lifestyle and goals.
Megan goes above and beyond traditional medicine. She makes sure her patients are seen and treated as an individuals. She will spend time with you, getting to know you and fully understanding your health concerns.
Megan offers wellness services for female and male patients, including hormone replacement therapy for perimenopause/menopause, low testosterone and thyroid concerns. As well as skin concerns, annual physicals, and preventative care and general primary care concerns (asthma, high blood pressure/cholesterol, illnesses).
While she does see patients for anxiety, depression and ADHD, she is not psychiatrist and is not able to see patients or prescribe medications for bipolar or other mental health disorders. She offers in person visits at her office in Lyons, CO as well as telehealth (virtual visits).
Megan graduated top of her class from the University of Northern Colorado, where she earned her graduate Masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Megan has 18 years of healthcare experience and started her career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the University of Colorado Hospital. Her experience is extensive and she has cared for patients of all ages in Family Practice, Urgent Care, and Student Health care settings. In addition to caring for patients, she held various leadership roles throughout her career including the Interim Medical Director and Director of the Disordered Eating Team at the University of Colorado-Boulder.

She wasn't a primary, she only filled 2 of my meds and for only 3 months. Appointment was only 3 minutes. Didn't really feel cared for. There going to make a lot of money at 3 minutes and appointment and only 3 months of meds. Not cool
