About Dr. Paul Abosh

Dr. Paul Abosh, DC graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in the summer of 2000 with a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree. In 1996, Dr. Abosh graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, double-majoring in Biology and Biochemistry, from the University of Winnipeg in Canada.
Dr. Abosh holds certifications as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP), and Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner (CKTP). He is also certified to perform Trigger Point Dry Needling. Dr. Abosh specializes in Diversified Technique, and the evaluation and treatment of sports-related injuries and spinal and extremity joint injury rehabilitation through a combination of Chiropractic Care and Physical Therapy. He continues his professional development by attending regular chiropractic seminars. In the past several years, he has attended workshops on nutrition, applied chiropractic physiological therapeutics, sports chiropractic and rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, concussion treatment and various soft-tissue injury treatment methods.
Dr. Abosh is a current board member of the Maryland Board of Chiropractic Examiners, having served as Vice-President and President and currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer.
In his free time, Dr. Abosh enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing golf, getting competitive on his Peloton, spending time with his friends and loved ones and enjoying quiet time with his dog Toto.

Dr. Abosh is professional with alot of study and certifications behind him. I appreciated his attentiveness to get me treated asap. At my first treatment, i had the electrodes, and hydro massage in addition to the chiropractic adjustment and PT. I felt immediately better the next day. My pain in my left hip was gone the cramping in my legs disappeared.
He also didn’t tell me I needed to be on a 2 yr plan like the last chiropractor. Dr. Abosh is intent on getting you better and not about how long he can keep you.
I have benefited from the combination of chiro and PT before do finding one person who understands how both work well together is really a great find.

He is well mannered,knows his stuff and explains things to me in “Layman’s Terms.” I went in,he was very understanding about my situation and needs and very positive about a solution that fits me. Nice and friendly him and his staff.; she’s a doll ! Very flexible with scheduling and times. Clean atmosphere, soothing music and great outcome. Go to him! You won’t regret it..great machinery for your back sheesh!! Alongside his expertise with his hands and cracking backs! So relieved!
If only we as customers have one of him in our household , our backs will be as strong as Hercules!

He had multiple patients at the same time by repeatedly going back and forth between the patients. During my first consultation visit, I arrived on time and spent a whole hour in his clinic, but he only spent time with me for less than 15 minutes. Most of the time I was waiting.
During my time with him, we were interrupted three times by his assistant to deal with other patients’ check in/out issues. The only assistant in his clinic did not show any signs of being trained to work with patients.
He examined me, and asked me to leave and make a second appointment. I asked if he could explain to me his diagnosis but he refused. He did not give me any treatment plan or allow me to ask any questions.
Later I saw another chiropractor. The consultation took about 45 minutes and my time with the doctor was never interrupted. The doctor explained his diagnosis after the examination and adjusted me on the first visit.

I immediately started seeing progress in my back and neck. The exercises are easy going and effective. In only a week my back pain has decreased significantly and I'm becoming more aware of my posture and sitting position. Dr. Abosh was thorough in his evaluation. He did a great job educating me on what was going on as well as the treatment plan. The hand out was perfect for those of us who can’t remember everything from the initial visit. I will recommend Dr. Abosh to all of my family and friends.

Dr. Abosh was very kind and patient, despite me being late to my first visit. I was lost on the way there and I had called the office where he answered and didn’t hesitate to give me detailed instructions. My consultation today with Dr. Abosh was great! I finally mustered up the will to see a professional about a lingering shoulder injury after 6 years, and he was very welcoming and receptive. He was clear with the treatment plan and gave me confidence that the steps we're taking will heal my shoulder. He is very kind and easy to talk to, and he eased my worries quickly! Looking forward to continuing my treatment with Dr. Abosh and getting healed up.
