I’m so disappointed in my experience with this office and provider, considering he didn’t come out at all. My appointment was for 4 PM and I arrived on time. Prior to the appointment, I received a call, confirming the time, and that was it. I completed all my documents ahead of time, including listing the prescription I needed refilled. I see the very kind tech who asks me all of my medical history and takes my blood pressure as expected. She was kind and pleasant to sit with. After that, I’m told to wait in the waiting area where I’m then told they’re no longer doing tests today and that I would need to come back tomorrow for the second part of the visit. I’m told to wait that the provider would still see me, however, after having to sit there uncomfortably while they met in the office to discuss how they were not going to provide any service to me today I was told none of the testing would be done and if I would still want to see him. He showed no concern for me.

Did not follow up with me to share my lab results at all, did not process my insurance and so I received a lab bill of over a thousand dollars, and still have not returned my request for this to be resolved despite promising to call me the next day.

Dr. Bratwaite was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience when I tried to advocate for my medical needs/provide more context. Unfortunate, as the front desk and assistants were lovely. I definitely will not be back, on account of Bratwaite. Medical knowledge doesn’t make up for terrible bedside manner. I understand we all have bad days, but I literally had to rush out so I didn’t cry in the lobby on the way out. Avoid him!!!
