I can't thank Dr. Neubauer and his staff enough for the care and attention they extended to me on such short notice. The office is easy to get to and paperwork was quick and easy to fill out. Office is clean and so are the rooms. I didn't have an ENT and had a persistent ringing in my left ear that wouldn't go away. When I met with him he took a thorough history, and exam. Dr. began by addressing my allergies and asked that I return if his treatment didn't work. It did, and I'm no longer suffering with the ringing in my ear. I now have an ENT that I trust and is conservative with his approach and allowed the ear to heal on it's own, with a good proactive plan and time. I can't thank him enough. Highly recommend.
