About Dr. Pervaiz Iqbal
Currently following the guidelines of CDC and CMS, we are conducting telemedicine (only if urgent) in addition to in-office visits. The Pulmonologist is in the office Monday through Thursday.
Dr. Iqbal is a Pulmonologist with a deep commitment to his profession, with 39 years in practice. He has seen and successfully treated tens of thousands of patients with cough, shortness of breath, rhinosinus diseases, allergy disorders, asthma, COPD, interstitial lung diseases, pneumonias, lung cancer, obstructive sleep apnea, congestive heart failure, and other pulmonary diseases.
Dr. Iqbal completed his medical education at Allama Iqbal Medical College, earning his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Pulmonology at Interfaith Medical Center.
We perform pulmonary function tests, pulmonary exercise tests, allergy skin tests, echocardiograms, sleep studies, and more on the premises.
Our philosophy is that people can be sick with acute pulmonary diseases and need to see a Pulmonologist either the same day or the next available day. Urgent Care or the Emergency Room is not a substitute, as they will refer such patients to see the Pulmonologist anyway. Keeping this in mind, despite our busy schedule, we try to accommodate these patients. Caring for such patients takes more time than usual, and though we make every effort to see our patients on time, sometimes our schedule may stray from the assigned appointment time, and you might have to wait longer. We appreciate your cooperation!
Among the other services we provide are complete medical services as a PCP, examinations for immigration, and aesthetic procedures like Botox, facials, dermal fillers, facial oxygen infusion, platelet-rich plasma, and treatment for excessive sweating.
