Horrible horrible place. First they canceled my original appointment so I had to scramble to try to find something before going out of town so I could get a prescription refill. At the time of my appointment I had enough of my meds for two weeks. I requested my prescription be refilled through a mail order pharmacy I’ve been using for years that’s cheaper and less hassle than using insurance and was told by doctor to send a portal message with pharmacy information. I did that immediately after my appointment and never got a response. The prescription was sent to another local pharmacy but my insurance requires dr. To obtain pre authorization because I can only use the name brand. Pharmacy requested this from doctor and after nearly 2 weeks it still hasn’t been received. Had to call the pharmacy and ask them to fill without insurance which is a fortune but I’m down to one more pill. This place is an absolute joke and I would never recommend going there.
