This guy was a nightmare! He never answered the phone, he made me wait over an hour to speak to him and the office had no clue what was going on. It was a waste of 2 hours of my day and I still have the issues going on.

Terrible experience with the staff. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent. They never made a request to my insurance company for MRI until I called them and asked (despite them saying they had already made the request, meaning they just blatantly lied about it). Then the insurance company wanted more info so I just gave up bc I don't want to deal with the office staff anymore. Don't go here, it's a waste of time.

He was over an hour late for the appointment, and he couldn’t help me but referred me to someone else. Frustrating because I am having horrific back pain where it makes it hard to get up or sit down or stand for long periods of time. I wasted a co pay for this 10 minute appointment for a Doctor who I couldn’t even see because his camera wasn’t working properly. So I have no idea if it was even him.

I do not recommend. He talks over you. Doesn’t listen. I had a terrible accident a year ago and I really wish you took his time with me and helped me thoroughly. I paid an Uber just to see this doctor and it was a waste of time. He got paid for my visit. Coded about 3 things. So he got paid ! Then said I wasted his time. How? You got your time paid for. Just to talk. No real evaluation.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Patel. Shy, unassuming, but absolutely the best pain management Dr that I have ever used. And I have used probably a dozen. He is not the guy if you are looking for pain meds. He is a legit, serious and phenomenal Pain management Dr. for those who seek true pain management care without resorting to oxycontin other serious pain med RXs. I am 70 yrs old with 3 major spine surgeries with 32 screws fusing my spine from tailbone to collarbone. I love Dr. Patel.

If you want someone who is very experienced and has an understanding of what might help you with your pain, Dr Patel is your guy. And when he does do any kind of injections or other things, he is extraordinarily precise, and he wants to make sure you get the best results. I’ve dealt with lots of pain management guys, none compared to Dr Patel. ?

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Patel for my neck pain. After seeing other doctors with no luck, Dr. Patel was able to offer me several treatment options. I did not feel rushed and he spent his time with me explaining my condition. I would highly recommend him and his practice!
