Doctors are so sweet and empathic but staff is terrible and not empathic at all horrible experience after 10 min late they almost reschedule me thinking I was running 25 min late and literally I call and they told me no problem to come in 10 min late Amazing the way the laugh in my face and rude and never apologized As patient you ac not be 10 min late but doctors can

I always have problems with the doctors assistants that answer the phones. They never get back to you when they say they will. They have such an attitude. I always ask if I can speak to the doctor directly but there answer is no. I have brought this up to my doctor when I have an appointment, but she doesn't want to hear it. For that reason, I am no longer going there. Lastly my doctor started to make me feel like a lab rat. Lets try this med or that med. I don't have time to try every med to find out what med works with my body.
