About Dr. Priscilla Goldie
Dr. Priscilla Goldie is a warm and affectionate family physician and primary care doctor. She caters to the communities in and around Bethesda, MD. She primarily sees patients for general consultations, follow-ups, annual physicals, yearly pap smear examinations, and check-ups. Dr. Goldie obtained her bachelor's degrees from Tuskegee University and the Catholic University of America. Later, she attended Meharry Medical College, where she earned her medical degree and completed her residency in family medicine. Owing to her work, Dr. Goldie is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She listens to each patient's background narrative with respect and compassion to develop a treatment plan that matches their healthcare needs.

The front desk agent was not helpful post-appointment. Overall, I felt like for my first time here I couldn't really get to form a connection with the doctor to be able to feel comfortable with coming back. Very stand-off ish. Whenever, I would hesitate on an answer or question it was like I was inconveniencing them. I won't be going back.

All Care and Dr. Goldie and extremely convenient and professional. I felt like I had a personal medical visit and that I was listened to and treated very thoroughly. I will return when I need a timely mid level health concern addressed.

One of the nurse or staff was unprofessional with me. My wait time was ridiculously long then I was asked to wait an additional hour for the doctor to eat lunch when I haven’t eaten and was starving myself.

Overall a poor experience. I waited an hour to be seen. When I finally made it in and started going through my questions, Dr. Goldie was frustrated and tried to encourage me to book another appointment. To be dismissed this way did not feel good especially when this was my designated time to meet and to through concerns. It may have just been a bad day for her, but I would not go back

I came in for a physical health check up and to have the doctor complete the DMV Medical Health Form. The primary care doctor claimed that she could not fill that form up and thus commit to the information stated in it with her signature. The DMV Medical Health form is a basic form to certify that a person is in good conditions to drive after a basic physical health screening. The doctor was completely unaware of her functions and capabilities as a certified doctor and refused to perform the exam.

I booked what I thought was an annual GYN exam and after waiting over an hour to be seen, learned that this office/doctor is incorrectly listed on Zoc Docs.
The receptionist was on her personal phone while at the front desk and didn’t care to be bothered with inquiring about my waiting for a full hour to be seen. She never got up from her desk to go inquire with the provider, whom she said was with other patients.
Dr. Golden appears to be overbooked and understaffed. All on all, I was on-site over two hours, only to be given referrals to the other appointments I I thought I was there to have that day (Pap smear, mammogram).
The SAVING GRACE is that Dr. Golden is a remarkable doctor with outstanding bedside manners. She was kind and patient when met with my frustration.
I don’t know why or how she is so overbooked but for her sake and the sake of her practice, some changes definitely need to be made.

My experience was bad. The wait was long and my exam felt unfinished. My bloodwork for my appointment was not done because the doctor informed that I needed to visit another facility for that procedure 20 minutes before the facility closed. I would not recommend this doctor’s office.

Dr. Goldie didn't listen to my concerns and wanted me to schedule unnecessary appointments with other doctors to continue a prescription I had already been taking. When I showed up to my follow-up appointment, they told me I had been double booked and the next available slot was in a month. They never notified me beforehand.

The receptionists and staff at this location are horrendous - extremely unprofessional. I was repeatedly and loudly asked to share the details of my visit beyond what felt necessary (I had an appointment), the restroom was filthy and no one was wearing a face mask, including the doctor. I found it strange that there was no attentiveness to health and cleanliness at a doctor's office.
Dr. Goldie means well, but I waited for nearly 45 minutes after my appointment and didn't feel listened to. The experience with the doctor was neutral, while the experience with the staff was very unfavorable. I won't be attending this location again.

Dr. Goldie was very patient as I voiced my concerns and helped me make a clear plan of action for what my next steps should be. She made sure I had the exact paper work I needed for referrals and even told me specific steps to take as a backup plan should the referred doctors not be available. I will definitely be going to Dr. Goldie with any future health concerns of mine.

As soon as I walked in… I didn’t feel welcome at all. The receptionists were both very rude. They didn’t greet me. One of the ladies even refused to say my correctly, after I said it twice. The medical assistant didn’t ask my name, there was absolutely no bedside manner. While Dr. Goldie is a sweet lady, she wasn’t interested in any of my concerns. She just wanted to get blood work done and then talk about it. She was in the room with me for 15 minutes. It was as if she was on a script. I knew at that moment I was not coming back or doing the follow up. When I was called later to follow up, I told them I wouldn’t be back based on how I felt about the experience.

First time patient and saw Dr. Goldie. I thought she was attentive, had good bedside manner, and addressed my issues during the visit. She prescribed strong medication for my sinus infection, and it saved me from many days of discomfort. Quickly sent of my rx before I left the office. Office was clean and the front desk staff were nice and helpful.

The only metric the doctor took was my weight, no other metric. The only thing she was interested in speaking about was my BMI even though she hadn't taken my height or any other measurements. I am a healthy weight and have not had any large weight changes since I saw my last doctor, who had no concerns about my weight. When I brought up other concerns such as ear pain she was dismissive and unhelpful. I would not recommend seeing this provider.
