I am a dedicated mental health nurse practitioner who strives to provide the best individualized care to my patients. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Midwestern State University and my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler. I have always been passionate about mental health, and I am committed to providing compassionate and holistic care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. In my six years of nursing, I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and psychiatric emergency settings. My experience in various clinical environments has equipped me with the skills to address diverse patient needs, foster resilience, and promote mental wellness.

I believe that effective mental health care begins with building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and open communication. My approach is patient-centered and collaborative, meaning we will work together to develop a treatment plan that fits your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.
I strive to provide compassionate and holistic care, considering not only symptoms but also the overall well-being of each person. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and feel empowered in their journey toward improved mental health and wellness.
