I had never gone to a dermatologist before and was hesitant not knowing what to expect.
Rachel Friedman, PA-C and her assistant Margaret were so knowledgeable and comforting and explained every step that my fears vanished.
I would HIGHLY recommend Rachel. She listened intently and that’s rare these days and made me feel I was in good hands.
Margaret was warm and friendly and chuckled at my jokes.

My visit with Rachel was excellent. She was attentive and was able to clearly discuss my issue and recommend options for care. She was knowledgeable, personable and confident in her delivery which made me feel at ease.
The only issue I have with the visit: they prefer to use a delivery service for prescriptions called Pro Pharmacy. I met with Rachel on Friday and the pharmacy called me like she said within hours regarding the prescription. There was an issue with one of the prescriptions that was not covered by my insurance. The pharmacy had to get an alternative with Rachel. The process took 5 days to resolve, preventing me from starting my other meds within a timely manner, delaying my healing process. My other prescriptions would not be released until the 'entire order was correct'. There was a disconnect with the front desk and the pharmacy. I'm all about convenience and can appreciate a delivery service for prescriptions but in this case it would have been faster to send the meds to cvs/rite aid.
Other than this, I highly recommend Ms. Friedman.

Honestly i went to about 4 dermatologist in my life and none of them actually took action to see what the problem was with my acne. Rachel actually showed she cared and checked out my face and even gave me a daily plan for my face instead of just giving me regular cream for my acne

Friedman was polite and all business. Very quick and to the point. Most of my questions were answered. She was more personable when I called to ask follow-up questions about the prescription!
