I liked it, she was nice and made me feel comfortable. When the ultrasound people stated they couldn't see me for 10 days, the staff stepped up and got me an appointment in 30 minutes. Thank you!!

I love everyone her at Med Star- Dr. Rachel is the best ever and Michelle always is so nice as are all the other ladies =)
It was pleasant for the most part. I don't have insurance, but the prices were fair even though I payed out of pocket.

The wait was too long. The office was very hot the fan didn't help at all. She seems to be an excellant doctor.
Amazing doctor, but the wait time is terrible. :( my appointment was at 10:00 and I wasn't seen until 11:30!
Dr. Rachel was very warm and helpful . Thanks for the understanding and the help I received at your office.

She was amazing. One of the most compassionate and caring providers I have met in a long time!
Dr. Kientcha-Tita is very patient and caring, taking the time to listen to my concerns.
Unprofessional. They waited two weeks for my results and then the results weren't right.
Great and Very Thankful.. Just a Real, Down to Earth Professional Doctor.

the doctor herself was great the staff wasn't real friendly though

She was great im going to tell everybody about her

I was disappointed with my visit. My appointment time was 9:15, I filled out the online portal information, and didn't go back til 9:40. I saw the staff walking in at 9:30. There was one person checking in patients, verifying insurance and answering phones. I brought my son to get 2 vaccinations and spent 1.5 hours there. The front desk person and nurse were very nice. Just need better office management.

I'm satisfied... Very informative
She was great.
Love this doctor and her staff! They are all professional and care about their patients. I have been a patient there for about a year now and have never had any issues to make me think about going elsewhere.

Best gyno I've had yet! I wish I could move her with me! Very knowledgeable on the female body due to her personal experiences and thorough medical and pharmaceutical training. She has an awesome personality. I could go without her support staff's rude attitudes but the fact she's employing minority women allows a pass.

DR. RACHEL IS A GREAT DOCTOR, I ALWAYS ENJOY TALKING TO HER ON EACH VISIT. SHE IS SUCH A SWEET LADY AND LISTENS VERY WELL....
Verified patient
Absolutely outstanding. I have been seeing her as my primary care doctor for over a year now and will sing her praises to anyone who will listen! She is incredibly intelligent, but never speaks in a condescending way to her patients or staff. She never makes me feel rushed when she is in the room, I always feel like I have her undivided attention, and she really listens when I am telling her what is going on with me. I have a complicated medical history, which frankly can overwhelm perfectly competent doctors, but Dr Rachel always looks at the whole clinical picture when making a plan for me. She is also a pharmacist, by the way, which makes her invaluable if your medications need to be changed or rearranged. As a nurse myself I can be picky when it comes to being a patient, but this is all good and no bad. If you feel like you are in the waiting room too long, take my advice and be patient. It is well worth the wait. Her office staff is wonderful also.

Doctor and her Staff always forget to send prescriptions to Pharmacy. We called then only reply we were getting to come here. We went there and go thru the whole process. It happens will me and with my wife also. She can not remember her words. Her staff is Horrible. We do not know how her practice is going and how long it can go....

Lots of attention in the examining room, first with Medical Assistant, then with Nurse Practitioner, then with Dr. Rachel Kientcha-Tita, MD

The visit was fine Until She sent me for an X-ray and never called me back about my results. That was 8mths ago and I'm still waiting.
I absolutely loved this doctor. Some of the previous reviews made me nervous, but my worries were unfounded. The doctor had some of the best bedside manners I've ever encountered, and the office staff was very friendly as well. The only negative would be that there was a bit of a wait. I've had longer waits, but I've also had shorter. I will definitely be a repeat patient, and would recommend her to others.
Verified patient
The Doctor was very welcoming, friendly and professional. She made me feel at ease about an uncomfortable illness and really listened to my concerns and ailments. There is also a pharmacy located with in her center which is extremely convenient for any prescribed medication, which I ended up needing a few.

I was there for a skin consultation.Instead they make me change the name of my PCP on my insurance card and said to come on April next month. They are not well-mannered and seem to be out of this world. There is only a certain kind of people that can go there. They don't have proper level of good manner. They show no respect for patients at all. They treat you as you don't have a choice.I will never go back there again.

Absolutely outstanding! As an RN myself, I find that I am very picky when it comes to doctors (an occupational hazard I suppose). What impressed me first was her demeanor when she walked in the room. After introducing herself as Rachael, she then sat down and actually LISTENED, as opposed to standing with one hand on the doorknob giving me the 2 min generic speech. I have a very complicated medical and surgical history, and I always fear that doctors will see me as a train wreck that they want nothing to do with! Dr Tita did not react that way at all. I also appreciate that she is also a pharmicist, and as such she has a very in depth knowledge of meds and their effects. I guess I can sum it up like this- since I have seen Dr Tita, I will NOT consider ever seeing another. I feel like I am in the most capable hands out there.

I arrived at 2:00 and didnt get called back until 3:30. The dr was busier watching Dr. Phil in the hallway than she was with me. I was also told that if i have multiple ailments, i can only come in for one at a time.. which means more money for them and more time wasted for me.
Very nice

I would never go to this doctors office again I wouldn't even take a dying squirrel to this office. It is so unorganized they tried to run test on me that I did not even ask for. When trying to get prescriptions filled there has been a run around they have no clue of what they are doing. Please Do Not go to this place.
Dr. Rachel is top of the line. She listens to all problems addressed concerns. I am a nurse , and have have never recommended a Dr. but want to let every know. Truly she ia awesome.

It's was great !

The office doesn't fancy in any way. But she was knowledgable and PUNCTUAL! my appointment was at 1:30, I arrived early since I am a new patient and I was seen by Dr by 1:35. That was the first time I was ever in and out of a dr appt within an hour!
Verified patient
Nice doctor, very friendly but there is a lack of efficiency in her office. I would only go back because the doctor is knowledgable and friendly.
The wait to see the doctor WITH an appointment is more than an hour regardless if you make an appointment. Once you get in, you are in and out in a timely manner.
She was awesome

It was a good one

She was very nice but very slow. I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours and then waited in the exam room for another 45 mins. Her nurses did NOT communicate with her about my visit.
Dr. Tita is a very enthusiastic, motivated, and knowledgeable physician who is also a practicing pharmacist. I stopped in for vaccination-related paperwork and she could have sent me out the door in 5 minutes, but chose to spend the remainder of the visit briefly conversing about whatever I wanted (and I had quite a few questions for her). She's the quintessential family physician who seems far from jaded with her ongoing research efforts, active commitment to medical missions, and pleasant demeanor.
The doctor was nice but it took 45 minutes til we were seen. After that, the entire time we were there wa 1 hr and 55 mins!!! This was a horrible wait time so if you don't have time, I would not recommend this place. I felt as if I was at the emergency.
Very friendly, organized, and concerned staff.

Dr. Kientcha-Tita is a wonderful doctor. She always prescribes me meds to get better. Other doctors have just told me to ride it out. The only problem is the wait time. Be prepared to wait at least 1 hour from your appointment time for her to see you. I don't know why it takes so long.
