Elvis L. Massip-Perez, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who earned his medical degree at Ponce Sciences University School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. After gaining extensive medical experience in both Texas and overseas, he then completed an internship at Hospital Perea in 2016, followed by his Family Medicine residency at Bella Vista Family Medicine Program in Puerto Rico in 2020. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Massip-Perez joined Kelsey-Seybold in January 2026. Dr. Massip-Perez pursued medicine to honor both his family and faith while valuing the opportunity to help others and promote wellness. As a Family Medicine doctor with extensive experience in primary care, he provides comprehensive and personalized care to diverse patient populations with a holistic approach.
