About Dr. Radhika Ranganathan
Dr. Radhika Ranganathan is a board-certified pediatric physician who serves the east Pasco County area. She has been a practicing pediatrician since 2005. Dr. Ranganathan has been described as the consummate professional who is extremely patient with kids, providing accurate assessments of her patients, while explaining diagnoses and treatments in understandable terms.
Dr. Ranganathan completed undergraduate degrees in chemistry, botany and zoology from Bangalore University in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. She earned her medical degree from Karnatak University, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC) in Belgaum, India. I had the worst experience imaginable during a vaccination visit for my child. Initially, my child was nervous, making it difficult for the nurse to administer the vaccine. When the nurse left to get another syringe, I talked to my son to try to calm him. However, upon her return with the site manager, the situation drastically worsened. The manager threatened to 'pin down' my child and proceed 'the hard way.' We immediately left the office, shocked by the manager's inappropriate behavior—such individuals should not work with children. Adding insult to injury, they had the audacity to file a claim with my insurance, falsely stating the vaccine was administered. I have since initiated an investigation with BayCare's billing department. This experience was absolutely outrageous.

We recently moved to Wesley Chapel and needed a new PCP for my almost teenage son. Dr. R was extremely nice, asked all the pertinent questions as a new patient, took her time with us, and was very thorough. The office staff is amazing and very kind. We were seen by the doctor within 5 minutes of getting to the office. Highly recommend!!!
