As a licensed therapist with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Sonoma State University, I offer many years of experience helping individuals, families, and couples find balance within themselves. My style has been described as collaborative, warm, and non-judgmental. I approach every client's unique needs by providing a safe space to explore the past, understand the present, and prepare for the future.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring a positive and strength-based approach to therapy, with over 10 years of experience in assisting clients in addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship obstacles. I offer many different therapy tools that include CBT, DBT, EMDR, and trauma-based therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in a collaborative approach tailored to your individual experiences. If you seek support as a family or individual it would be my pleasure to help. Our journey starts with a complimentary consultation call followed by ongoing 50-minute, in-person or telehealth sessions. Many individuals also feel they benefit from bi-weekly therapy sessions which I also support.
