I genuinely dislike doctor visits but that totally changed when I started coming here. It was rocky in the beginning because the communication between me and the staff were not on the same level, but when I brought it up, it got so much better. What an amazing group of people and I am always looking forward to whenever I visit. Everyone is top-notch.

If you’re pregnant don’t go there the staff is beyond bad you walk in with a good attitude and then when you ask a simple question the staff gives you attitude just for asking a question.

Everyone was really sweet here. They were late to arrive, but I think that’s par for the course here. They spent 40 min with me taking my health history and listening to my concerns. They took their time thinking about ways to help me and asked several follow up questions. I felt truly paid attention to and in a lot of ways it felt like the way doctor offices used to be when I was younger and I really appreciated feeling like a real person.

This was my first visit with Dr. Mitelman for an annual physical. Maybe she was rushed at my visit, but she did not seem to do a very thorough history. Did no mental health screening, no sexual history screening, very limited family history (cancer only), and, worst of all, didn't ask me if I had any problems I wanted to discuss with her. Also didn't offer any vaccines, didn't ask about diet/exercise, or about my job or life (all things that significantly impact my health). Was disappointed in the care I (didn't) receive.

I made my appointment 9:00 am, and reached 10 minutes early, but still had to wait until 9:05 am because they didn't arrive yet. I was not allowed to wait for them either. I recommend to book the appointment at 9:00 am but show up around 9:10 am so you wont have to wait too long. Other than that, I was treated very nicely.

Had a really busy day and had to wait nearly 1 hour for her to finish up other appointments for her to only see me for less than 20 minutes and give unsatisfactory advice. Google would have been more helpful + save me time.
