The wait time was very long, just about an hour. And the rooms are so close to each other that I could VERY clearly hear another patients conversation with the doctor.

This review comes from an individual who comes from a medical family. Father, mother, and brother were physicians. Three nieces and a sister in law are specialized nurses. Dr. Aggarwal is the physicians you want. There is not even a whisper of corporate or big practice medicine. Dr. Aggarwal is a true practitioner who practices like doctors did in the past. He listens, and that is more than half the battle. He knows you and remembers your ailments from the past without having to look them up. He saved me from certain kidney disease brought on by a former specialist I had (who practiced group medicine centered by a corporate manager) who had me on a certain medication. He practices medicine just like my father and brother did. You owe it to your family to go with Dr. Aggarwal.

Dr. Aggarwal is wonderful. It’s easy to schedule an appointment with him. He is listens to you, and he is always very clear in his explanation of any condition you may have and what to do about it.

Dr. Aggarwal is someone I highly recommend as he is thorough, asks the right questions and provides guidance with a kind, thoughtful bedside manner. This is so important when you are dealing with chronic issues that you feel are getting overlooked. I have had high cholesterol since I was a teenager and now I am 45, close to the same age my father had his same heart attack. Where other doctors have let these numbers slide, after asking some pointed questions about my father’s history - he advised that I take this more seriously and consider medication. I’m glad I did - that was not even why I went to see him, but glad that he took the time to look at that blood test another Dr. Ordered.

It was nice that everyone was wearing masks and that there was no queue when I arrived. I also didn't have to fill out X sheets of paper because they just verbally asked me questions via iPad. Friendly staff, doc was friendly but straightforward.

The receptionist and nurses were very nice and helpful. I was brought to the waiting room right on time. The doctor was also very nice and the visit was quick and easy. My only complaint is that once I got to the waiting room, I waited for about an hour for the doctor to arrive, and was given no updates.

The initial office was okay . Waited and was seen by the assistant and answered all the questions. The appointment with the doctor felt rushed , was interrupted during my visit with another call and don’t get to go over everything . I tempted to have my prescription refilled for two days and no response . Made another appointment via a video call for 12pm today . I was on there until 12:15pm and I was not seen. I actually called the direct office and notified them that o was waiting in the video call and still no help . A terrible communication system , or lack of . Don’t have my medication and nothing resolved .
