Excellent! I am a physician myself. Great bedside manner. Friendly office staff. Highly recommended
This was my first visit to Dr. Sando. I thought he was very professional and no nonsense.
I was there over 1.5 hours and I was getting worried because I had to go to work. I asked to reschedule when the doctor finally called my name. He ended up giving me expired eyedrops... just not the best service all around.

Dr Ralph was thorough in examining my eye condition and amazingly clear in his explanation. I've found him very humble, understanding, and efficient.

Overall, good visit. Little bit of wait time as it's a busy office. The office itself a little dingy as in the basement of the building.
Very on point.

Very happy I chose Dr. Sando! Exam was very involved and thorough and he was VERY patient in explaining all the issues I have with my eyes and why surgery is not the first line of action he wants to take to try and help me and came up with other options to start with. Excellent Doctor.
Verified patient
I waited for 50 minutes in the waiting room. Even though I had filled out my paperwork online weeks ago, neither the technician nor the doctor had looked over it before I came in. The technician went over it all with me in detail, which saved me no time, and most of it seemed irrelevant. I wasn't able to have my pupils dilated because I had to get back to work, so they asked me to come back again.

I saw Dr. Jennifer Lynn and she was very thorough, very pleasant and efficient. My husband made an appointment shortly after mine, and thought the same thing.
Verified patient
Had an appointment with Dr. Lynn. Wait for a routine exam was 1 hour (there were several people ahead of me). The medical admin, technician, and Dr Lynn were all very friendly, skilled, and efficient. I plan to return when I need another checkup.
I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Sando. He explained everything in detail where I could understand it. He was very eager to help and genuinely appeared concerned with my condition. I have a new ophthalmologist.

Personable and professional.
Receptionists were welcoming and personable. Nurse was very nice, did not rush me, and thorough. Doctor Sando was very professional, asked questions about my family and general life. Allowed me to ask all the questions that I wanted. Was honest and spoke on my level.
Verified patient
I showed up early and they got me going before my scheduled appointment time. Fast, friendly, and informative. Looking forward to the follow up!

I met with Dr Lynne and liked her very much. Just a heads up - I rec'd two emails from you each time. My appointment was at 10:15 am and I finally saw her about 11 am. I wish doctors would keep their appointments on time. As a patient, it's a waste of time for me. that's my only complaint; otherwise I'm happy with the treatment, expertise and friendliness of staff.
Mr. Sando the Jr. seems a perfectly competent doctor for the purposes of my visit ( updating my prescription ). However, dilation and shining a bright light into one's eyes is a moderately stressful experience, and I was displeased to find him impatient and a bit bossy in the process. Perhaps warmer bed-side manner will come with time.
A very professional and welcoming environment. However, the office seems a bit dated and the wait time was unreasonable. When I walked in, I saw that the office had scheduled 3 patients (including me) at the same time slot with the same doctor. Of course, then, it would be impossible to be see "right away" by the doctor. I think this is in poor practice.
Excellent professional! Makes sure that the patient understands procedures and how to manage eye conditions properly. Make people happy with his comments.
Verified patient
Very helpful staff was extremely helpful with helping me with some insurance issues I had. Doctor was very patient as I was freaked out by all the eye machines.
He was great and pretty humorous!
Had about a 30 minute wait time, but once I was in, I was processed quickly and efficiently. I saw Dr. Lynn, who answered all of my questions, even the oddball ones like why the color cobalt blue was used when scanning my eyes. :-)
Verified patient
Other than the long wait, all went well.
The office is located is great, the staff is friendly, I had a complete examination, felt very comformatable asking any questions and left knowing Dr. Sando thouroughly performed my eye examination. This is really the place to go if anyone has any concerns regarding their eyesite.
