I got a call the day before, which I immediately returned. They told me they had just called to confirm. When we arrived, we were accosted by an office manager (?) who said she had tried to call because Zocdoc does not share insurance information, etc. I had downloaded and filled out all the forms prior for me and my husband (writing is difficult for him, because he has HAND problems. They made me fill out all the forms again for both of us because they were the "wrong" forms. Now my hand problems are worse. The doctor, resident, and assistant were lovely.

First I spent over 2 hours in my very busy life waiting only to find out I just needed an MRI. I will never go back to a place that has no respect for my time. There were 2 girls at the desk. The one that checks you in was very pleasant but the one on the computer was very irritated the entire time I sat there. There was a male nurse in the back that kept scratching at his hair/face and coughing into his hands then he was the one that took me back. Yuck. That was the 1st hour. Then once back the nasty guy took my vitals and had me get an ex-ray. Then I sat for another hour. A assistant came in to talk to me then the dr. Which is when I learned I just needed an MRI. Omg. Never again. Felt so forgotten and so much anxiety waiting.
