“This is the second time I've had to use their services and Dr. Randolph Lopez, MD is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, as well as being very personable. The trigger finger surgery he performed had great results, the micro incisions did not require stitches and the healing time was greatly reduced, I think in large part due to the minimal invasiveness of the surgery. I can't say enough positive things about the doctor, the office staff, or the West Gray Center For Special Surgery. I am thrilled that the first surgery I had done went without a hitch and I got full mobility, strength, and flexibility back in that finger. I'm having the same procedure done on another finger with Dr. Lopez this week, and based on the first one I don't doubt this one will go just as well as the last. ”

Doctor saw me very quickly - before I had even filled out all my paperwork. Staff was friendly and it was a pleasant visit.
Great doctor listened to my problem. Showed concern to my pain and wanted to help me ease or take away the pain.

The wait time was short. The staff was friendly.
Hello, I sought Dr. Lopez. care because of the trust I built during my previous surgeries in 2018 and 2019, when he was compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in patient care. Unfortunately, the doctor I encountered yesterday was not the same. He treated me with disregard, lacking empathy, humility, and the bedside manner that once made him an excellent physician. I left my appointment feeling dismissed, unheard, and deeply disappointed. I never expected to feel this way from a doctor I once respected. Given this experience, I can no longer trust Dr. Lopez with my care, nor would I recommend him to others. I want to clarify that my concerns are not with the front desk staff or the nurse, they were kind and professional. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because patients deserve to be treated with care, dignity, and respect. Thank you for your time.

Dr. Randy Lopez is AMAZING! Great communicator, great personality, very efficient and best of all...He is a master of his trade. We feel extremely lucky to have him operating on my daughter!
Verified patient
Dr. Lopez might’ve been a tiny bit quick, but he was thorough. He answered my questions and made sense. He wanted to make sure that I heal properly. I was happy with him. ?

There was confusion about the actual physical location of the Katy office which caused a bit of a delay in my arrival. However, the staff was friendly, efficient, professional and obviously well trained by Dr. Lopez who exhibited the same qualities. My initial appointment went very well. I look forward to successful treatment.
Verified patient
Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Verified patient
Doctor Lopez was great and very informative. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Staff was friendly and will knowledgeable.
Verified patient
Friendly Staff, Clean Office, Open and Clear Communication on the process, the plan of action for today and the future. However, the paperwork is too long and repeated much of the information that was provided prior to the appointment. The paperwork process took me the entire time I was there (15 minutes before my appointment, through my visit with the Doctor and including an additional 10 minutes after I was finished with the Doctor). I have not signed my name that much since I purchased my new house.

Dr. López and his staff was really kind with me

To start the office address is WRONG so had to make two stops after realizing that to find the office. Got there and NO ONE was there. Had to call again and the reception was running late due to traffic (20 mins later) she finally arrived without any concern for her punctuality and informed me that the doctor was in surgery and wouldn’t arrive until 10:45 (appointment was made at 9:15am) WORST staff ever. I can’t explain how frustrating it is when someone acts like you are inconveniencing them with giving them your business, so don’t worry I WON’T ever be doing that.
Verified patient
Great doctor and office staff. Highly recommend.
Dr. Randolph diagnosed my hand condition with confidence and made me feel extremely assured that he could fix it. Highly recommend him!
Verified patient
Fast diagnosis, treatment right there.
Verified patient
Should have a way to fill out paperwork online , print and bring to office. As this is a hand doctor, it is hard to fill out 6 pages, with a pen, with bad hands
Verified patient
I went to him for a second opinion. He was amazing!! He took the time to X-ray both hands, tell me the options (which with arthritis there isn’t much), he gave me the shot, he put the splint on. I felt I had all his attention and I feel as though I can trust him.
Verified patient
Quick and efficient.

Dr. Lopez performed surgery on my hand some years ago. As impressed as we were with him in the past, we remain equally as impressed today. He listens to his patients and communicates medical information well.
Verified patient
Doctor listened and gave me a great of his diagnosis and future potential outcomes. I came here because another doctor didn’t even examine my hand for my injury.
Verified patient
I loved it. Everyone was really nice. Thanks
