About Dr. Randy Leff
A board-certified podiatrist specializing in elective forefoot reconstruction, Dr. Leff takes a progressive and modern approach to patient care, always providing excellent patient education and support. He’s a skilled surgeon who regularly performs bunion and hammertoe procedures using minimally invasive techniques.
While he specializes in surgery, Dr. Leff also offers surgery alternatives and adjuncts such as Multiwave Locked System (MLS®) laser therapy and regenerative/amniotic injections. He offers diabetic foot care, sports medicine for the feet and ankles, and treatment for all types of foot and ankle problems.
Dr. Leff earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and went on to earn his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He completed a podiatric surgery residency at Kern Hospital in Warren, Michigan.

Nicest staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, office is clean and organized, Dr. Leff was friendly and thorough. I was in and out of my appointment with very little wait time. This office is a 30 minute drive from home, but I’ll gladly keep coming here for any future needs!!!

I work in a doctor’s office and it was great to see wonderful customer service displayed. The office staff and doctor was awesome. From the two ladies at the front desk, who were nice and friendly to the X-ray tech who took my X-rays and did my intake. She was very informative and pleasurable. To the doctor who had a wonderful bedside manner and very knowledgeable as well. This was my first time ever having to go to a podiatrist and I highly recommend this office.

I would recommend Dr. Leff to EVERYONE! He wasn’t pretentious and asked a bunch of questions before making a decision whether or not to look at my feet. He immediately grabbed his tools and got started WHILE asking the necessary questions. Everything he advised me to do has been working thus far and I am so grateful. The office staff was also pleasant and friendly. She couldn’t get my instructions to print so she asked if she can email me. She actually followed through on her promise and sent them to me. That’s so rare! I truly enjoyed my experience.
