Using the tools of knowledge and empathy to navigate each person's complex physical and emotional sea, I strive to ultimately find solutions to their ailments. From the first encounter, and on each subsequent one—many for a lifetime—embarking on this journey with a patient through joy and sorrow, a bond forms, the seeds of trust are sowed, and a relationship flowers. It is this that drives my passion. As a primary care provider, a core tenet is to consider everything—the human being as a whole; everything is connected. Differentials ranging across specialties are a must. This is what sets PCPs apart and defines our role: making the diagnosis and initiating treatment.
I earned my Doctor of Medicine degree from Ponce Health Sciences University School of Medicine. I like to exercise and stay active; however, indulging in movies, TV shows, and food at times helps balance a rigorous routine. I also love taking part in nature, especially anything that involves the beach, sea, ocean, or water. Finally, and most important, I cherish spending time with my family.

The Doctor was very thorough and surprised me with the results, but as far as getting the test done it was a disaster. He didn’t contact my insurance company, the radiology office was trying to get me an appointment but needed the prior authorization from the doctor, so in the end I just canceled everything. Because it seemed like no one was getting anywhere and I had rescheduled the appointment 2x !
