He took the time to talk to me in detail and he considered my previous treatments for my ear infections. I’m very satisfied with my visit
I love this place and i will definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family. He is super caring and attentive
Excellent physician and staff.
It was such a great time.
A very thoughtful and kind professional who truely cares about his patients.
Very personable, knowledgeable, and caring physician. I always hate feeling rushed, but he always takes the time to listen to you, no matter what. I have been a patient for 2 years and drive 40 miles to see him.. Definitely worth it!
He's a great doctor
I came to Dr. Moallemi specifically seeking a dermatology referral. My skin has progressively worsened over the past year, and I've tried every over the counter cream and face wash under the sun. I explained this to Dr. Moallemi and he wrote me what I thought was a prescription. He said to apply it morning and night for 4 weeks and then see how my skin was doing before going to the dermatologist. I got to the pharmacy and discovered my "prescription" was for 5% benzoyl peroxide. Literally clean and clear. I paid a copay and left class early to go get a prescription for clean and clear. The pharmacist directed me to the face wash isle like I was crazy when I handed him my slip. The office is pretty sketchy, but at least the receptionist was nice. All in all thoroughly confused/disappointed by this experience.
Dr Moallemi is always amazingly helpful, caring and takes the time to fully listen to concerns and issues.
It was my first visit with Doctor Moallemi after dealing with the same physician for 10 years with whom I had great relationship. I went to the appointment not quite sure what to expect. It was a great experienced other than I had to wait 30 minutes. Doctor Moallemi is a great listener, experienced and caring. Pascale mastered the art of blood extraction. I highly recommend Dr Moallemi.
Very quick in and out. Dr. Moallemi takes the time to actually listen to your problems, instead of rushing through everything. Feeling like someone actually cares is a necessity for myself and my care in a physician. He far exceeds my expectations:)
I thought Dr Moallemi was very professional and showed alot of concern
Very kind and straight to the point. Answered every question confidently and in depth
Not very friendly.
Very pleasant and knows what he is doing.
This visit went very well for it being my first time using this service. Staff was very professional and Doctor was very thorough. Would definitely recommend services to friends and family if needed.
i didn't stay felt very uncomfortable doctor was late
I was pleasantly surprised. What a great expirience. The Doctor and his staff were amazing and helpful. Highly recommend!
He seemed very qualified both at medicine and insurance, both. Very professional. I was impressed. The staff was very good as well. They made me feel comfortable. I will recommend them.
The staff and nurses have horrible customer service and demeanor. They don't know what they are doing half the time. For three weeks I am waiting on paperwork that they were supposed to submit and review and they still haven't done that. I call all the time and there is the same problem of not doing their job. The doctor came 45 mins late and then continued to waste my time by repeating the same thing over and over and keeping me in the patient room while he was filling something out that didn't require any filling out because all that was said to me was that I need to fax out paperwork from the office….. which his now happening for 3 weeks!!!!!!!
I think he was really thorough and he made my boy feel comfortable since he was really nervous.
He's patient, listens to concerns carefully. Honest and straightforward.
He was great and was very polite. The staff was great also. We came on a Monday at 9am, had to wait for awhile, but again we came on a Monday at 9am, worst time to be getting to ANY doctors office..
I used this service thinking I would be helped by a professional. This doctors office took samples from me and told me they have the results but will not give them to me. I've called and they said they have my results but no one will get back to me. I went to the doctor because I was in pain, seeking help, and now they have my results and won't give them to me for multiple days? Not to mention I did wait in the office for 2 hours when first arriving. Not to mention this doctors staff does not use safety needles, meaning the needles they use here will be a ton more uncomfortable.
Friendly and addressed my issue directly.
It pains me to say this, because I like Dr. Moallemi personally, but I cannot recommend him in good conscience: his bookkeeping practices are totally unprofessional. He retains a billing agent for only a few hours, one day a week. I spent four months attempting to get the person on the phone to iron out a claims issue I had, and the person never called me or my insurance company back, despite more than a dozen messages that we left. There also may still be outstanding claims that the office has not filed, and my insurance company is still attempting - to my knowledge, in vain - to compel them to file them. If the office gets its billing practices into compliance, I'd absolutely recommend Dr. Moallemi. But it's currently a shambles, and I wouldn't pass on the gigantic pain it's been dealing with them to anyone else.
He was a very nice man.
Excellent Doctor. Very nice staff And front office.
Worst experience I've had in a doctors office. Ignored most of my concerns, and failed to explain any of the details with which came up.
It was a horrible dirty unprofessional office and doctor did not have knowledge to diagnose or cure!! Worst experience
He's a great doctor, very thorough and extremely knowledgable. He's by far one of the best doctors I've ever visited and it was immediate for me to know I liked him and wanted to keep him as my primary.
Not impressed. Just because I have medi-cal insurance doesn't mean I should have to choose between this guy and one other guy in East L.A.. And no, there is nothing wrong with East L.A. but when you live on the west side driving all that way sucks. In any case, I waited over half an hour for the Doctor to see me. He could only hypothesize what the problem might have been, wanted to put me on antibiotics (of course) and was annoyed that I brought up my meeting with my ayurvedic Doctor and his findings. Sure the Ayurvedic Doctor is not a western medical Doctor but he is able to give me sound diagnosis and results without massive drugs. Furthermore, the Doctor (a health practitioner) coughed into his hand many times and did not wash them. Why is a health practitioner spreading his own germs throughout his clinic? Went to get an x-ray down the street and the clinic never called me back. I had to call 3 times before anyone got back to me with any results. In the end, they knew nothing, found nothing and were unable to help. I'll go back to my Ayurvedic Doctor.
Dr. Moallemi was very patient and kind, and listened to all my concerns. He asked questions and was very helpful.
He was excellent!
Staff who takes blood/checks vitals do not wash hands/change gloves upon touching you. I had to ask for them to change their gloves after they had been handling various objects such as the phone and their hair. When asked to change gloves, they replied "I'm not going to be touching you"....she was going to take my blood and obviously would be touching me... Hygiene is sub-standard. I have been requesting to speak to the doctor for the past two weeks and have not received any phone call back. I found it hard to interact with the Dr. He gave me a prescription without running new tests. Upon a follow up appnt. he did not read the chart and asked me how something was when I had never had that problem. I do not recommend going here....even if purely based on hygiene/ cleanliness of the place and the people. I've been a couple times and have not once seen anyone wash their hands.
Pleasant and helpful staff.
A good doctor. Patient. Listened to my concerns. Lots of good practical advice and seemed really knowledgeable. I felt like he addressed my health needs completely. Nice, friendly staff. Nice office, convenient location, I highly recommend him.
He was a very patient and understanding doctor.
Dr. Moallemi and staff were always very courteous and nice. I would have him as my PCP but he moved offices so I can't see him anymore. He always listened and took time to address my concerns and medical issues. As I look back now after having two not so great PCP, he's a great doctor.
