My clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based care with an emphasis on a holistic approach to mental health treatment. I am committed to developing individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s unique needs and personal goals. I strive to ensure that every patient feels supported, respected, and confident in their care, providing treatment with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our initial psychiatric evaluation will be conducted via secure telehealth in a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly discuss your concerns. During this session, we will review your medical history, current symptoms, and past and present challenges to develop a comprehensive understanding of your needs. Together, we will create an individualized treatment plan that may include therapy, lifestyle modifications, and/or medication management, with the goal of supporting optimal mental health and overall well-being.
