Everyone in the office was great. However, I was NOT satisfied with my interaction with the Dr. He barely spent time with me both before and after my X Rays- which he reviewed for seconds, and not in front of me. After telling me nothing was wrong on my X Rays, he wrote me a prescription to a Physical Therapist, though he knew I wouldn't be able to see one for weeks. And when I asked him multiple times to give me stretches or exercises I could do in the mean time, he refused and told me time with a PT would be beneficial. Additionally- in the SHORT time we did spend together, he confused me with another patient. Twice.

I was relieved and happy. Dr. Roffi is very quiet gentle man. I had x-rays, my knee drained and help with my pain. MRI has been order so dr. Roffi can get an idea what is wrong inside my knee.
