Great customer service
Good experience. Looked at the available scans (MRI) and made reasonable assessments of the scan. Good listener because I have a lot to say about my 40 years of back pain.

I had an excellent experience at Axion -- the front desk staff were cheerful and efficient; Dr. Walkup was very approachable and detailed in walking me through my MRI and treatment adoptions. I also appreciated the fact that he was willing to answer all of my questions and an understandable manner. I Axion would have been in network for my Aetna Medicare Advantage program I likely would have selected him for my ACDF surgery
There was no wait to see the Doctor and Dr. Walkup was very professional and descriptive. . I really love that he was paitent and realistic about my concerns and advised on Physical Therapy rather than a procedure I did not need at this time.
Dr Walkup is AMAZING every question or concern I had he answered. I was quite nervous about my surgery but they made all my worries go away. They took such good care of me.
