Getting to know Rebecca Mizrahi
Hello! I'm here to listen with both ears to anything and everything you need to talk about. Anxiety, depression, and history of addictions are my specialties. Everybody is different and deserves to be heard-mental health does not have the same approach for everyone. You are welcome to book an appointment with me without being judged. I hold a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Monmouth University, a Bachelor's from New Jersey City University, and an Associate's from Brookdale Community College.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
First time I meet you will be a 60-minute session where I collect all the information I'll need to help you. After this we will book 30 minute appointments accordingly. These will include medication management, covering psychoeducation and your voiced concerns.

Rebecca is absolutely fantastic! You can tell she’s really passionate about what she does and she really takes the time to get to know you and develop a specialized plan just for you. Unlike a lot of psychiatrists/practitioners who take months to schedule you a new patient appointment, Rebecca was able to see me right away. I can’t recommend her enough!!! 5/5 stars!!

I’ve been seeing psychiatrists for medication management for a whiiiiile and I really enjoyed my initial exam at this practice! I felt like she really listened to me, and our appointment felt more like a conversation rather than me answer questions and her typing into a computer. Very Happy to get appointment on short notice. I was desperate to get relief from my depression. She listened very carefully to my medical history and gave me a new medication to try. She gave me hope that things will get better. Going back in 2 weeks.
