I liked the Dr. & nurse, but was not impressed by the punctuality of the office. I was the only one in the waiting room when I arrived (10 minutes early). Four people came in after me and by this time it was already 20 minutes after my scheduled appt. All but one of the other patients were seen before I was. I finally was seen by the doctor 40 minutes after my scheduled appt. time. I realize the doctors are very busy & try to spend as much time with patients as possible, but maybe they should stop over-booking their patient appointments.
I was very happy when I saw the doctor! Her voice is so calming and she doesn't scare you at all with medical news. I'm very glad I went to her doctor office.

Only bad thing was waiting 45 minutes twice, once for the doctor and another time for the nurse practitioner
The time spend with the doctor was great but there was a lot of wait time before and after my appointment.
Very friendly staff and yes I would highly recommend Dr. Quiroz to someone who needs to see a doctor.

Try not to make appts on Monday morning, they were VERY busy and running an hour behind.
Considering I hate going to the doctor, Dr. Quiroz made me feel comfortable.

I felt very rushed and I was very unsatisfied!!!
The front desk girl was very nice and friendly. The wait time was about 30 minutes before I was called. Took an additional 15 minutes for doctor to visit me. Everyone seemed busy and so did Dr Quiroz. The walls are very very thin. I could hear Dr Quiroz speaking to patients through the walls which felt very awkward.. Overall I would see this doctor again even thought the wait time was longer then expected and the tin walls. Dr Quiroz is very nice. It is also a very big plus that she is 10 minutes away from my home. So I am glad I found a primary care doctor close to home and she is great!

My first time with Dr. Quiroz. She was interested and very insightful. The staff was friendly and attentive. Very happy with Dr. Quiroz.

Dr. Quiroz, Had great bed side manners and I did not feel rushed out of my appointment. My nurse was also very friendly but I didn't catch her name. My first impression of the clinic was wonderful thanks to the young receptionist in the front who was very pleasant (I think her name was Vanessa). Overall I would recommend this clinic based on today's visit.

I had made sure before going in my case could be treated by the doctor. Of course they told me again and again it sure was. First thing the doctor tells me was my case was out of her league, she didn't spealize in the matter, and she didn't feel comfortable giving me any type of treatment, when there I am sick as a dog. I was pretty much tricked into going in by there ever so professional receptionists. I was lied to and told I would get treated. Don't even get me started with one receptionist brunette with glasses, was utterly disrespectful, ignorant, and pretencious. I wasn't treated like a patient by that receptionist. I was treated like a customer and a child, all they cared about was money, and disrespected and spoken to like a child told to sit down because I didn't have it. We are patients not customers, so don't treat like all that matters is our money. Very, very shocking and disappointing experience.

Will not go back!!! The wait was over 2 1/2 hours. They were trying to over charge me for the visit. If you don't know exactly how your insurance pays you are in trouble. When I made my appt I told them it was for my throgid and if she handled patients with this issue. Then after the extermely long wait in the lobby and another long wait for the doctor, she (Dr. Quiroz) tells me that I need to see a specialist, which I thought she was. This was the whole reason for my appt. I big waste of time. Never going back.
I scheduled an annual exam as a new patient. I talked to the office two times before I went in. When I arrived they said the first visit would be to establish me as a patient and that I would need to schedule another spot for my annual. Ultimately I guess I got an annual exam, but wish the focus was on that instead of all the paperwork that I had given them in advance of the appt. I like that they have daily walk in appts.
Yes, it was a long wait, but the medical asst apologized and I told her that I have no problem waiting when I know the Dr. spends time with her patients! I was very pleased with Dr and didn't feel like a number. I would return to this office.
Dr. Quiroz is excellent. The receptionist was not very co-operative. Inspite of informing the insurance plan deductible was met, the biller gave wrong information. Was told to pay billed total amount at first. After much co-ordination with insurance copay was calculated which is also incorrect, Again wrong calculation by staff. They did not understand what is family deductible which was really strange and surprising since they should know much better than us.
The doctor was thorough in her assessment and examination, the staff was friendly and courteous. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience.

I made an appointment with Dr. Quiroz to establish a new PCP as the doctor I had been seeing moved offices and her office is in my immediate neighborhood. The office staff greeted me upon arrival, had my paperwork that I had filled out online ready for me to verify and sign. I did have to wait a bit for my appointment because of an office emergency, but they informed me of the wait and Dr Quiroz apologized for the delay and explained what was going on. Her MA was friendly and informative and answered my questions. Dr. Quiroz listened to my concerns and addressed them and offered options for future visits and tests. I left feeling confident in Dr. Quiroz and her staff.

I thought her bedside manner was awesome! She was very thorough, given my family history. I appreciate all the time she took with me. Her Medical Assistant, I am assuming, was awesome as well. Everyone was very friendly and even with the wait I will be back!

Everhthing was clean an the staff was very nice to me. The wait however was very long and at times i wondered if they forgot me but the Dr. was very nice.

Besides the wait time I was very pleased.
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. Dr. Quinoz listened attentatively to my concerns. She is the Internist I will visit for any future health care needs.
I had a horrible experience with this Doctor and will NEVER go back to her again. Let me caveat this post by saying I am not a person who writes reviews negative or positive so the fact that I am taking time out of my crazy schedule to warn other patients about this Doctor should say something. Before seeing the doctor I waited 90 minutes and provided three different staff members in the office with the same information over and over. Next when I went into my appointment and expressed concerns she barely glanced at the issue before pulling her book out to write referrals. No examination, no diagnosis, no explanation. I have open acess so I don't even need referrals and could have gone straight to the specalist. The appointment concluded in less than 10 mins. I went to check out and had a whopping bill and was told she charged me at one of the highest pay levels because she "treated several conditions". I left with more questions than answers, a huge bill and two hours of my life that I will never get back.
Friendly, helpful office staff. Very apologetic for the wait time. Loved Dr. Quiroz. So glad to find an adult clinic so close to home that can take care of everything from high blood pressure to gynecological needs.
Very helpful

Very friendly, knowledgeable, good listener, and office is well organized, introductory forms very thorough, staff friendly, helpful and efficient.
Awesome to say the least. The staff was very caring and professional. Dr. Quiroz listened to my concerns and needs. Great bedside manner!!! Im very happy that I found her since I just moved here from another city. Anyssa Woods
I liked meeting her and felt comfortable with her. I do have reservations about changing from my pain management doctor to having her manage my pain medicine as she disagrees with the current dosage I am prescribed for my back pain. I did discuss this with her. Over the years of dealing with this back problem I know what I can tolerate and will probably continue with my pain management doctor. I am not on FaceBook or any of those other sites so I cannot communicate through any of them. In general, I am pleased that I found her. Kay
