Me and my husband went there for annual exam, but they submit the wrong code to my insurance, and I still got send a bill even thought preventive care is suppose to cover 100 percent by insurance. I had to make multiple phone call to my insurance and them and this is still not fixed. I don’t know how and why they would make such a mistake this is supper unprofessional and please fix this soon.
