“Gave reason in previous notes why no drugs for now. Many providers do not see mania. Drugs in past caused "disability" and possibly kidney failure if didn't come off. Now docs took me off drugs now feel better. There seems an environmental pattern, in school or job feel fine When not is when depressed or anxious. I have 2 primary fears: failure and humiliation. Hit the failure fear with no job for past two years. The humiliation came when my own providers demeaned me attacking accomplishment, intelligence and character. My moods went up/down from depression, rumination, flashbacks of similar, then rage with condescending/boasting emails I feel that was out of my control and mainly defense again perceived slight against me. This was before discontinuation of drug, now feel better, so no more for now. Want to talk about fears and triggers, get to know each other and how I do off meds then make decision. Thanks.”

Unfortunately I was only prescribed medications, when really I just wanted someone who would suboptimal just listen to me. I thought since we had similar religous backgrounds that a mutual understanding would be present. I will not be seeing this doctor again, as I'm not looking to be medicated, but rather communicative with. I self medicate with yoga, prayer and a healthy diet. Thankyou for your time and may your next clients find the help they need in dr. Hamisi.
