“I have been going to Dr. Bhandari for years now, and I will likely stay with her for as long as I live in the area. That being said, the wait time is pretty ridiculous. Make sure you bring a book or something to keep you busy while you wait as it will likely be at least an hour before you are seen. ”

Upon arriving for the appointment, I was told they don't take appointments through Zocdoc and that I'd have to call on my own. I booked the appointment 2 weeks ahead of time and I did not receive any call, text, email or chat correspondence regarding my appointment or information. They tried to reschedule my appointment and made me give them all my information again(I had already thoroughly uploaded this information to ZocDoc) only to tell me that my insurance wouldn't be covered. This all happened once I had taken time out of my day to go there and no previous correspondence was sent my way to avoid this situation. The staff didn't seem interested in taking accountability for the lack of administration effort and lack of respect for my time. It seems like the same thing would happen to another patient because they didn't seem interested in fixing this.
